How do I book a ticket?▼
Search your route on Home, choose a bus, select seats, fill in passenger details, then pay.
Where can I find my e-ticket?▼
Sign in and open My Bookings, or use Check My Order with your transaction code, departure date, and email.
Can I request a refund?▼
Yes, from the booking detail page of an on-going booking that has not yet departed. A refund fee applies based on time to departure.
Do I need an account to book?▼
No. You can book as a guest and later find your order with Check My Order.
